AAA Building Repairs QLD is the trading name of Week Constructions Pty Ltd, and commenced trading on the 19th May 2008. Running as a small but experienced building repair business located in Logan, Queensland, we have used our experience and knowledge to provide a personalised service and superior quality building services at affordable prices.
Working throughout Logan & surrounding areas, we have built a successful reputation in the building repairs industry in Queensland over the past 14 years, completing work for multiple insurance companies, the Queensland government and the general public.
Between the years of 2009 and 2012 we gained invaluable experience learning from other builder’s mistakes while we performed dozens of inspections and countless building rectification jobs. Working for the Queensland Building Services Authority in both the South Brisbane and Gold Coast regions provided us with the insight and skills to ensure all clients receive building work that is strong, long-lasting and high quality. AAA Building Repairs now services the Queensland area of Logan & surrounding areas.
Week Constructions Pty Ltd was registered on 2nd August 1999.
Manager/Director – Warren Dicker
Warren worked as a Sub-Contract Carpenter for 14 years following the completion of his Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship. Warren first obtained his builders licence in 1997, and used it cautiously and carefully while obtaining further experience over the next 7 years. In 2005, Warren spent 12 months selling new architecturally designed homes for a respected Brisbane builder while he furthered his studies, completing many building related courses to provide him with the extensive experience and knowledge he has today.
Warren has worked full time as a builder since 2006 for many insurance companies, performing complete building repairs along the east coast of QLD and NSW to repair storm and flood damaged buildings. Beyond this, Warren completed a 3 year agreement inspecting and rectifying dozens of buildings for the QBSA in the South Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
For the past 11 years, Warren has been performing expert building with for the QLD Department of Public Works, and in 2012, Warren completed further studies to add being a licensed commercial builder with a QBCC Medium Rise Builders Licence to his resume and berth of knowledge. As the Manager and Director of his building repair business in Logan, Queensland, AAA Building Repairs Qld, Warren uses his invaluable knowledge and decades of experience to ensure him and his team are performing superior building work every time.
